Window works benefit MIFA

Friday, May 15, 2009 - Graham’s Lighting Fixtures Inc., 550 S. Cooper, kicks off a “Designer Showcase Windows” program today with a reception from 6-8 p.m. at the Midtown store.

Local and regional design professionals are joining Graham’s in creating designer windows at the store, with the goal of raising money for agencies meeting the basic needs of those most affected by the economic crisis. The first showcase windows are by designer Kenneth Cummins, with money raised going to MIFA.

The reception is free and open to the public. A portion of everything sold will be donated to MIFA. And those who attend can get a rain check that allows them to return another day during the two-month run of the Cummins windows to have a portion of their purchase go to MIFA For information, call 274-6780.
