Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility criteria vary depending on the service requested by the client. Most assistance requires the clients to be 60 or older or disabled, meet federal low income guidelines, own and reside in their own home, be current on their city and county property taxes, and provide proof of income for the entire household.
Repairs that require immediate attention are given priority, but many clients are in need, so a waiting list always exists.
