Director - Teri & Otha Brandon

Genre - Memphis/Shelby County Emergency Housing Partnership

Summary

When financial problems threaten one family's security and they face eviction from their small apartment, they fear there's no way out of debt and danger. Just before their landlord throws them out, they find out about the Memphis/Shelby County Emergency Housing Partnership, and they go to MIFA to be screened.  The resources there offer them a way out!

The Emergency Housing Partnership offers services for households facing homelessness. The program's central intake is housed at MIFA.
