In this powerful drama, one man is committed to advocating for the residents of the nursing home facility where he serves as a Long-Term Care Ombudsman volunteer.  He monitors conditions on behalf of his residents while building relationships with them.  His attention to their needs and caring demeanor make him a hero in the eyes of these seniors.

MIFA's Long-Term Care Ombudsman program advocates for the rights of residents in nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, and residential care homes in the Memphis area.
